Natalie moved from Perth to the South West in 1994 and has since been employed in senior management positions within the hospitality and tourism industries. Her career in the South West began at historic Caves House Hotel, working as a restaurant supervisor specialising in weddings, functions and creative displays.

Having gained a strong foothold and reputation in the local industry she secured the position of Bar and Restaurant Manager at one of the most unique tourist attractions in the region, Bootleg Brewery.  The Brewery officially opened in late November of 1994, just three weeks after Natalie hired the staff, set up the bar and restaurant from scratch!

Her role at the Brewery expanded to include much of the promotional and marketing ideas and initiatives. Bootleg quickly gained a strong presence as a major tourist attraction in the region.

In 1996 Natalie resigned from her position at Bootleg Brewery to pursue further studies in small business management.  On the completion of a Small Business Management Course, through the Business Enterprise Centre in Busselton, Natalie was offered contract-marketing work with the South West Regional Tourism Association, “Tourism South West”, representing the region at consumer travel and industry trade shows in Perth and interstate. She was also contracted by the CNTA to assist with advertising sales for the Cape Naturaliste annual holiday planner.

Near the completion of the contract work, Natalie was offered the position of full time Marketing Manager at the CNTA. During her time at the CNTA she played a leading role in many  high profile marketing projects and activities. Following are some highlights of her achievements at the CNTA.
